| The Patchworks
Project began with the idea of creating
quilts to raise funds for assisting patients who lacked
financial resources for medications and treatments. This
quilt was the first one being raffled to begin the

| Lives In Pieces' Commemorative
Quilt |
The 2nd quilt is planned to celebrate the
lives of Arizonans with Parkinson's. Donations will
be made in their honor or memory, and the quilt will be on
permanent display. Names of PWPs will be part of the
display as well as the donors. The design
incorporates photo mosaic squares with the PD Tulip
motif. For more information on the quilt design visit the

be put together to sew the blocks, assemble the quilt and

In response to the first quilt, requests are all
ready coming in for a Parkinson's Tulip Quilt. In order to
make quilts available to all who
are interested, we are looking for piecers who want to design
and piece tops, and quilters to assemble them. If you want to
become part of our team, please complete
the form on the Join Our Team Page.
We'd love to have your
help.
When you
join our team a packet with guidelines, patterns, and
Patchworks for Parkinson's quilt labels will be sent out to
you. We would like to have all of the
Project's quilts identified with the logo label as a
record of the quilt's origin.
